DDMC, a China A-share listed company （Ticker:600136）has announced today that Yao Capital concluded investment in DDMC Sports, a subsidiary of DDMC Group. DDMC Sports is involved in businesses such as sports marketing, sports agency sports venue operations management of sports media rights,etc.
Yao Capital has officially become a shareholder of iQIYI Sports which is a joint venture between iQIYI, a Chinese leading video streaming platform and Super Sports Media. The upgraded iQIYI Sports will bring subscribers live coverage of top football, golf, and tennis events such as English Premier League, the Australian Open, etc. The investors participating in this series of financing also include IDG Capital, China Sports Capital, a fund established by Sequoia China and China Media Capital.
